These terms apply when you use classrows.com ("ClassRows"). By using ClassRows, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using ClassRows

You may use the free seating chart tools for personal and classroom use, including at your school. The printable templates may be printed, shared with colleagues and included in sub folders, but you may not resell them or offer them for sale as part of another product.

Your data

You're responsible for the information you enter, including student names, and for having the right to use it. Your class lists are stored in your browser on your device. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, use a private window, change computers, or your browser removes stored data. We recommend downloading a backup file regularly. We can't recover data that was stored only in your browser.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse ClassRows. In particular, you may not:

• scrape, crawl or download the site with automated tools beyond normal search engine indexing;
• attack, probe or overload the site, or try to get around its security;
• use ClassRows to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.

Service provided as is

ClassRows is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or that seating suggestions will suit every classroom. You're responsible for checking any chart before you use it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ClassRows and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for the free tools is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date below. If you keep using ClassRows after a change, you accept the updated terms.
