Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use ClassRows?
No. Every free feature works without an account. When you get Pro, your account is created at checkout with the email you use to pay, and you're signed in automatically.
How do I use Pro on another computer?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. We'll send you a 6-digit code — no password needed. Your classes stay in the browser where you made them; use a backup file to move them between computers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my classes if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your classes, history, and tags stay in your browser, and you can still view and print them. Pro tools like rotation memory and Excel export stop working until you subscribe again.
Can I get a refund?
If you're new to Pro, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days by emailing [email protected]. See our Terms of Service for details.
Who processes payments?
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record. ClassRows never sees or stores your card details.
Will the price go up?
If prices change, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. Founding teacher pricing stays the same for as long as your subscription is active.
Can I download receipts?
Yes. Receipts for every payment are available in the billing portal, linked from your account page.
Does Pro change how my student data is stored?
No. Pro features run in your browser, just like the free tools. Your class lists stay on your device unless you turn on sync. Read more about student data privacy.
